Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We handcraft all orders as they are processed. All orders are packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. We will contact via email for any significant delays in shipments.

 

We offer $10 flat rate Canada wide shipping. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for packages to be shipped with Canada Post. 

Return + Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal smoke blends, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products.
